125 g

Porcini mushrooms

2 foglie

Laurel

100 g

Chestnuts

320 g

Spaghetti

20 g

Parsley

50 g

Onion

5 g

Turmeric

30 g

EVO olive oil

Peel the onion, chop it thin and fry it in a saucepan with a spoon of Evo olive oil

Clean mushrooms, chop they and add to the saucepan with the fried onion; mix for a minute and put inside a bit of hot water

Add the chestnuts and the laurel leaves; cook the mix softly for five minutes

Boil the spaghetti in a lot of salted water; drain they a minute before and add to the saucepan with chestnuts and mushrooms adding a little of cooking water

Complete with a little of turmeric, parsley, salt and pepper

Serve with a drizzle of Evo olive oil
